Marlor Walls Business Rescue and Recovery

ABOUT US

Marlor Walls is the trading name of Marquis Court Recoveries Ltd, which simply means that Alan Marlor and Eric Walls have incorporated the long standing business of Insolvency Practitioners which bore that name. Between us we have decades of experience in dealing with sole traders, partnerships and companies of all sizes in financial difficulties

Whilst it has always been a significant part of our practice, we have become increasingly involved in the rescue of businesses, usually by the use of voluntary arrangements or through administration. Despite, or maybe because of, our years of experience we look to be innovative and constructive in seeking solutions.

We will give you straightforward direct advice based on the information you give us. We will give that advice in language you can understand.

We are insolvency practitioners and much of our business is in the traditional fields of bankruptcy and liquidation. It is a fact of business life, just as in life in general, that entities fall sick, cannot be cured and fail. Sometimes the only answer to a business's problems is to give up and start again.

We have no conflicts of interest as regards banks, so you will not find us negotiating with them for the receivership of your company while we advise you. Our client is you - everyone else is a prospective partner in the task of finding a solution to the problems of your business.

We will discuss your problem initially without charge. When we decide we should start charging you, we will tell you so and agree what we will charge and how that will be paid.

Whilst we are located in North East England we have many jobs across the country (one of the biggest recently was in Southampton). Modern communications and computer technology remove the problems of distance working.

You will deal with one of us in respect of any assignment and we are completely discreet - have no fears that someone will blurt your problems out to his other clients or the bank manager at the golf club.
