The supervisor oversees the conduct of the voluntary arrangement in accordance with its terms and his duties as defined in the proposal as a mended. He is required to keep records of his transactions and, at 12 month intervals, must prepare an account and summary of his receipts and payments. This must be sent to the court, the debtor and those creditors bound by the arrangement, within two months of the expiry of each 12 month period. In addition the supervisor must include a report commenting on the progress made.
The supervisor may apply to the court for direction on any matter relating to the voluntary arrangement.
